Tommy Douglas: His Issues Were Ours

Few Americans know who Tommy Douglas was. But most know his grandson, who introduces this animated version of a story Douglas told all across Canada. The simple, humorous tale beautifully illustrates why two-party systems address issues which matter only to a certain species - and it's not ours!

If only people would understand this!

I was asked just today after giving over 500 references on the failings of the democrats and Obama, who I thought the lesser evil was. Al Maki reported even the Communist Party USA endorsed Obama after a large undisclosed contribution!

Our economy has been declining since the 1970s and recently the decline accelerated. Staying with the democratic-republican Uniparty will doom us. On the other hand going with a new party - as Canada has shown is possible with the NDP - might be our only hope.
